RCJY Recruitment System was established
in 2010 and managed by Yanbu University College. With this system,
the applicants can apply a job at both institutions of Royal
Commission at Yanbu, Yanbu University College(YUC) and Yanbu
Industrial College(YIC).
On
21 September 1975, the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu
(RCJY) was established as an autonomous organization of the
Saudi Government. The Commission is governed by a Board of Directors
and its Chairman reports to the Council of Ministers. The Chairman's
office in Riyadh formulates the policies and oversees them besides
implementing the same through the two Directorate Generals, one each
for the cities of Jubail and Yanbu.

Yanbu University
College was established in 2005, in the beautiful and modern
city of Yanbu AlSinaiyah, located on the coast of the Red Sea in
Madinah Province. The college is run under the auspices of the Royal
Commission for Jubail and Yanbu. The college has two separate
campuses for male and female students, situated in Jabriya and Hai
Alfaysal respectively. These campuses are in temporary buildings. A
new permanent campus, for female students, is being under
construction, spreading over a vast area of 400,000 sq meters. A
plan to build a new campus of the same size for male students is in
the offing. Both projects will be completed by 2010 and 2013
respectively.
Yanbu Industrial
College, an affiliate of the Royal Commission for Jubail
& Yanbu, was established in 1989 to achieve the objectives of
the Royal Commission, in developing human resources and to provide
the Saudi manpower with high technical education and training, so
that they can properly manage the Kingdom's growing economy in its
various sectors. Yanbu Industrial College is located at the center
of Yanbu Industrial City, about 350 km north of Jeddah on the Red
Sea side. It is noted for its beautiful buildings and vast green
surroundings. The college commitment is to provide Saudi nationals
with the technical, scientific and academic skills required by the
industrial and other economic sectors it serves. To meet this
responsibility the College is equipped with modern instructional
media such as computers, audio visual aids, well-equipped
specialized laboratories and advanced technical workshops.
